So I’m looking at buying a new dressage girth, and I was wondering what a decent price was. I’m getting it from the Dover tent sale in a couple of weeks, and I wanted to make sure I picked out the best one I could buy for a reasonable price. Thanks so much!!!!

Totally depends on the girth. They can range from $20 to $300 depending on what you buy. I would say that for the most part, a reasonable price is $50-100 for a decent girth.

Im looked for cute clothes for any season.. i need clothes and shoes

but i only have like $30
so i figured id go to thrift stores, consignment stores or vintage shops to save money and help the environment

but i cant seem to find any!
know of any good ones in CT? like in hartford county or in that general area =]

A car company sold 150 cars in a special 6-day tent sale offer. Each day the company sold 6 more cars than the day before. How many cars were sold on the 6th day?

First, break down the word problem into parts.

150 cars
6 days
6 more cars sold than preceding day.

Assign a variable for the first day of car sales. We’ll call it ‘x’.
First day’s sales = x
Therefore the second day’s sales would be x+6.
The third day’s sales would be six more than the second day’s sales or (x + 6) + 6 or x+12.
The fourth day’s sales would be x+18. Do you see the pattern?

So the equation would end up being:
x + x + 6 +x + 12 + x + 18 + x + 24 + x + 30 = 150.

Simplify it
6x + 90 = 150
6x = 60
x = 10

Since the first day’s sales was equal to x. Then the first day’s sales is 10 cars. The second day’s sales is x + 6 or 16 cars. The sixth day’s sales is x + 30 or 40 cars.
