Parkzone T-28 Trojan with custom made Pop-Up Canopy. Using the Gear Switch, I pop open the canopy while inverted and drop parachute men from within.
In later flights, using the Orange Parachute man, I didnt have to flip inverted. Once I popped the Canopy, the wind pulled the man right out of the seat. The GI Joe was too heavy for level ejection and has to be inverted in either a roll or loop.
In our last drop, my son asked I drop from HIGHER altitude, so I climbed to about 600 foot, went way up wind and released the orange guy. Unfortunatly, she floated with the wind so long we lost it in the woods behind us. It stayed in the air though for a good 4 minutes. I had landed and watched in amazement as it kept floating and floating and floating.
